Top-down, isometric, tile-based, where your character is always at the centre of your screen. whenever your character goes to sleep, the world will change around them. Anything that you have interacted with will remain the same, but all other tiles will be randomly changed.
the concept
Overall concept of the game is similar to other survival crafting games, the ever-changing world does open up new possibilities where players can choose to not interact with parts of the world that they do not want. Thus replacing them with more random bits. Perhaps there should be some predictability in the random generation but I honestly believe raw randomness is beautiful in survival games.
Gameplay loops can revolve around the player fighting against their sleep and hunger meter, with an end-goal to contact their home planet only to find out they are all missing. Leaving the game open for future content updates involving the player traveling to other planets in order to find out the fate of their people.
